1. About GiftedGift Empire

GiftedGift Empire is the brand and website through which products, digital resources, African foodstuffs, affiliate recommendations, deals and content may be presented.

GiftedGift Empire Ventures is the registered business operating the GiftedGift Empire brand.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to your use of giftedgiftempire.com and, where relevant, purchases made directly from GiftedGift Empire.

Additional information contained in a product page, checkout page, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy or Privacy Policy may also form part of the information applicable to your transaction.

3. Products and Services

GiftedGift Empire may offer or display several different types of products and services.

• physical products sold directly by GiftedGift Empire;
• downloadable digital products;
• African Foodstuffs ordered through a separate enquiry or WhatsApp process;
• affiliate products sold by third-party merchants;
• deals and promotional offers;
• informational and inspirational content.

The purchasing and fulfilment method may differ depending on the type of product.

4. Product Information

We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information as accurately as reasonably possible.

Images may sometimes appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting or the nature of the product.

5. Prices

GiftedGift Empire currently primarily displays store prices in euros (€).

Any applicable shipping costs, taxes or other mandatory charges should be presented before the customer completes payment where required.

Promotional or deal prices may apply only during the period in which the relevant promotion is active.

6. Placing an Order

Before completing an order, customers are responsible for checking the information entered during checkout, including the products, quantities and delivery details.

Where payment is required, the customer will be shown the amount payable before completing the transaction.

If we cannot fulfil a paid order because of a genuine availability, technical or fulfilment problem, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund.

7. Payment

Payments for eligible products may be processed using a third-party payment provider such as PayPal.

Payment providers operate their own systems and may apply their own terms, security checks and privacy practices.

GiftedGift Empire may receive information such as a payment confirmation, transaction identifier and payment status in order to verify and fulfil an order.

8. Physical Products

Physical products purchased directly from GiftedGift Empire may require shipping.

10. Digital Products

GiftedGift Empire may sell downloadable products such as ebooks, guides, templates, planners, printables and other digital resources.

Digital products are normally provided electronically after successful payment.

Unless stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product gives the purchaser a limited licence for personal use of that product.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual-property rights in that product.

Unless expressly authorised, customers may not:

• resell the digital product;
• redistribute copies;
• upload it to file-sharing services;
• claim the content as their own;
• reproduce it commercially without permission.

Digital withdrawal rights

Digital content is not automatically excluded from statutory consumer withdrawal rights simply because it is downloadable.

Where permitted by applicable law, the right of withdrawal may end after digital supply begins only where all legally required conditions have been met, including any required express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right.

11. African Foodstuffs

African Foodstuffs may use a separate order or enquiry process through WhatsApp rather than the standard website checkout.

Where this process is used, product availability, quantities, delivery arrangements, charges and other relevant information may be confirmed directly before the order is finalised.

Certain food products may also be subject to specific legal rules concerning perishability, hygiene, returns, allergens or product information.

12. Affiliate Products

Some products displayed on GiftedGift Empire are affiliate recommendations.

When you select an affiliate product, you may be redirected to another company's website to complete the purchase.

In those circumstances, the third-party merchant is normally the seller responsible for:

• accepting the order;
• collecting payment;
• shipping and delivery;
• returns and refunds;
• guarantees and after-sales service.

The third-party merchant's terms and policies apply to purchases completed on its website.

13. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on GiftedGift Empire may be affiliate links.

If you make a qualifying purchase through certain affiliate links, GiftedGift Empire may receive a commission from the merchant or affiliate network.

This normally does not increase the price you pay to the merchant.

Comments may be held for moderation before publication.

The same general standards concerning unlawful, abusive, misleading, spam or privacy-infringing material apply to comments.

Unless otherwise stated, the GiftedGift Empire name, website design, original written content, graphics, digital products and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party product names, trademarks, images and materials remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.

Temporary website unavailability does not affect statutory rights relating to orders already placed.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from using dispute-resolution procedures or legal remedies available under applicable law.

25. Applicable Consumer Law

These Terms are not intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that apply to them under applicable consumer law.

26. Severability

If a particular provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

27. Changes to These Terms

GiftedGift Empire may update these Terms when our products, website, fulfilment arrangements or legal obligations change.

Updated Terms will apply prospectively from the date they are published and will not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing order.
